Cumulative GPA = (Previous Quality Points + Current Quality Points) ÷ (Previous Credits + Current Credits)

Rutgers Academic Standards
- Good Academic Standing: Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
- Dean's List: Semester GPA of 3.5 or higher with at least 12 credit hours
- Chancellor's Scholar: Semester GPA of 3.9 or higher with at least 12 credit hours
- Academic Probation: Cumulative GPA below 2.0
- Academic Dismissal: Failure to raise GPA above 2.0 after probation
